1. No Refund Policy

All sales of digital products, including bundles, on GiveMePrompts.com are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a download link has been accessed or a product has been delivered, refunds are not available. Bundles are also non-refundable unless the wrong product is delivered as described below. By downloading any product, you confirm that you have received and accepted the product, acknowledging this no-refund policy.

2. Claims for Wrong or Defective Products

If you believe you have received a wrong, defective, corrupted, or materially different product than described, you must notify us by emailing [email protected] within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. Your email must include valid proof of purchase (such as order number or email confirmation) and a clear description of the issue. Failure to notify us within this timeframe forfeits any right to a refund or replacement.
