Most buyers can’t read a floor plan. They see lines.

Developers and agents still lead with plans, or pay for renders that take weeks and can’t be explored. A plan only works if the buyer can picture the rooms. Most can’t.

So we made the plan the experience. The drawing stays honest to the architecture. The scroll turns it into a place you can stand in.

One scroll, six moves

1A real drawing sheet: grid, dimensions in millimetres, door swings, north arrow.

2The walls rise from the front door outward.

3The lens opens. Flat becomes real perspective.

4A scan line turns ink into oak, plaster and stone.

Same room, any hour

Buyers can switch the light live. Each mood uses a real photographed sky that lights the room and shows through the glass. The marks are tap points in the walkthrough: tap a finish, see what it is.

How it’s built

The house, the drawing and every interaction are written in code with Three.js. The sofa, dining set, kitchen joinery, shelving and about 250 books are custom geometry.

Floors, walls, stone and fabric use free CC0 scanned materials. A few pieces are free CC0 models: the lounge chair, the credenza, the plants and the trees.

The drawing needs nothing to load. While you read the plan, the materials and furniture stream in behind it. If anything fails, the house still runs on code-built materials instead of breaking.

One link does the work of a plan, a render set and a walkthrough video.

It works for pre-sales before the house exists. Send it in a text, put it on a listing, open it in a sales office on a TV.
