Custom creative work, implementation deposits, milestones, and managed services follow the cancellation, revision, acceptance, and refund terms in the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement.

Test transactions

The Store Test Drop is a real $1 purchase, not a sandbox transaction. For a delivery problem or an incorrect charge, use the contact form and include your receipt reference. Never include a full card number.
