No public payment is active. GiveMePrompts has not yet published a universal refund policy because no self-serve product catalog is live.

Before checkout activation

Each product must have an approved description, price, delivery method, delivery timing, license, support scope, and refund or cancellation terms before its payment button can be enabled.

Private services

Custom creative work, implementation deposits, milestones, and managed services follow the cancellation, revision, acceptance, and refund terms in the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement.

Test transactions

Sandbox transactions do not move real funds. If you believe a real charge was created in error, use the contact form and include only the receipt or payment reference—never a full card number.

Required consumer rights

Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived. The final policy must be reviewed for the products and jurisdictions actually served before live checkout.
