A party game that makes a movie
Friends join from their phones, become characters and secretly direct the scenes. Then the TV premieres the film they made together
One real game, start to finish
79 seconds with sound, recorded on a MacBook. Render waits are sped up and labeled. Scored with an original Samurai BLAQUE beat

How it is built
- FLUX.2 [klein] 4BTurns each selfie into a character, then places the cast in a scene still.
- LTX-Video 2BTurns each still into a moving shot, cut into the film with titles and credits.
- Comfy SDKThe game talks to ComfyUI through Comfy's own SDK, so the same code runs on Comfy Cloud.
- A queue that hides the waitCharacters draw while people join and each scene renders while the next player directs.
- Film exportTitle card, twists and end card burned in, ready for stories at 9:16 or a TV at 16:9.
- Safe for a living roomSelfies need a "this is me" tick, names and twists pass a word filter, and anyone can play a Crew Cut original.
This is one laptop
Every frame here came from small open models on a single M2 Max MacBook Pro with 32 GB. Put the same game on real GPUs and it gets bigger models, longer shots and sharper faces. If you have the hardware or the project, we want to hear from you
Built for Comfy's #OpenSourceHiggsfield challenge. The code is MIT licensed and each model keeps its own license. Rosa's selfie is AI-generated, not a real person, and Dre and Mika are Crew Cut originals. A no-GPU preview build runs at /demos/crew-cut/.
