The brief
Most shop sites say the same three things: a phone number, a stock photo of a wrench and a list of services nobody reads. The driver still does not know what is wrong with the car, so they call to ask, or do not call at all. This concept flips it: the driver shows the shop the problem before the phone rings.
What we made
- Three vehicles (sedan, SUV, pickup) plus a V8 with a supercharger, drag to spin
- 23 symptoms, each with its own visual on the car
- A hood that opens, with one plain line per part
- A repair order that fills itself in as the driver taps, then stamps RECEIVED
- Book and Call pinned to the bottom on phones
How it works
Built in HTML, CSS and JavaScript with three.js. Pick a symptom and the camera flies to the part: grinding brakes throw sparks off the caliper, a rough idle lights the coil packs, running hot makes the radiator glow. The build passed 69 of 69 automated checks, and the sedan model went from 22.5 MB to 9.4 MB.
Limits
Concept demo. The shop details are placeholders, and there is no real booking system behind the form.
