The brief

Made for a real estate brokerage that wanted a premium property site: a listing you walk through before you visit.

What we made

  • A page that opens on the floor plan and rises into a 3D house as you scroll
  • A room-by-room walk, rendered live in the browser
  • The listing: price and facts, a gallery, a clickable floor plan, tour booking
  • A search of the brokerage's other homes, with filters
  • A phone layout

How it works

Built with Three.js, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The house follows the layout of a real Pacific Heights Victorian.

Limits

Concept site built as a client pitch. The home and the brokerage are made up, and the site says so.
